How to book a transfer, fixed prices, payment, confirmation and invoices.

Just enter your pickup address, destination, date, time and number of passengers on the home page. The system shows you the available vehicle with its fixed price. Fill in your details, add any notes and confirm: you get your confirmation by email straight away.

Yes. The figure you see when you book is what you pay, nothing more. No meter, no hidden costs, no surcharge for traffic. The price includes the vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls and help with your luggage.

You pay conveniently on board, on arrival, directly to the driver: by cash or card. If you are booking from abroad or want to arrange another method, write to us and we will find the most convenient option together.

Yes. We send you an email with all the transfer details: date, time, addresses, booking number and vehicle information. Keep it handy, you will need it on the day of your trip.

Of course. During booking, enter the actual passenger's name and phone number. The driver will contact them directly on the day of the transfer.

For transfers between 22:00 and 06:00 a night supplement may apply. The exact amount always appears during booking, before you confirm, so there are no surprises.

At the payment step you will find the "Have a promo code?" field. Enter the code and the discount is applied automatically to your transfer total.

We do our best to handle last-minute requests too. If a vehicle is free, we will arrange the trip. Message us directly on WhatsApp at +39 340 573 6145 to check availability in real time.

Your Transfer

Meeting your driver, airport pickups, vehicles, luggage, child seats and on-board services.

Your driver waits for you with a sign showing your name. When you arrive by plane, they wait in the arrivals hall. You will also receive the driver's name and phone number by email before departure.

We track every flight in real time. If yours lands late, the driver adjusts the timing with nothing extra for you to do. Flight monitoring is included free of charge.

Each passenger can bring one large suitcase and one piece of hand luggage. If you travel with extra bags, skis or sports gear, mention it in the notes and we will assign the right vehicle for you.

Yes. Infant seats, child seats and boosters are available on request at no extra cost. Just tell us the age and number of children when you book.

For 1-3 passengers you travel in an executive sedan; for groups and families of up to 7 we use a premium 7-seater van (Mercedes V-Class or similar), with generous luggage space and onboard Wi-Fi. Every vehicle is air-conditioned, well kept and sanitised with ozone.

Yes, short stops during the transfer are possible. Note them in your booking or tell the driver directly. A small supplement may apply for longer stops.

No, never. Every transfer is private and exclusive: the vehicle is just for you and your party. Your group only, no sharing, no detours.

Enter the flight number that lands last and choose the time that suits the group best. In the notes, list all the flight numbers so we can track each arrival and coordinate the meeting.

Yes. When booking you can enter the exact address or the name of your accommodation and we take you to the door. In rare cases (very narrow mountain roads or extreme weather) the driver drops you at the nearest accessible point.

Generally pets are not allowed, to keep the vehicle clean for everyone. Assistance animals for people with disabilities are an exception. For other special cases, contact us in advance and we will consider your request.

We start from Bergamo and Orio al Serio airport and reach the lakes (Como, Garda, Iseo, Maggiore), Franciacorta, Verona, Milan with Malpensa and Linate, the ski resorts of the Aosta Valley (Cervinia, Courmayeur, Champoluc, Valtournenche) and farther destinations such as Turin, Bardonecchia and Chamonix.

Yes, transfers to the slopes are one of our specialities. We reach Cervinia, Courmayeur, Champoluc, Valtournenche, Bardonecchia and Chamonix. Our vehicles are ready for winter driving with proper tyres and chains on board.

Absolutely. We take our guests to Lake Como (Bellagio, Menaggio), Lake Garda (Sirmione, Salo, Riva), Lake Iseo and the Franciacorta wineries. We can include short stops along the way: just let us know when you book.

Yes. Beyond the Bergamo area we cover long routes to the Alps and beyond, also departing from Milan, Malpensa, Linate and Milano Centrale: for example to Cervinia, Courmayeur, Chamonix, Turin and Bardonecchia. The price stays fixed and agreed in advance.

Yes. We work with Bergamo Orio al Serio, Milan Malpensa, Milan Linate and Verona airport. For each one we offer real-time flight monitoring and a welcome in the arrivals hall.

Our drivers are experienced in mountain and winter driving. The vehicles travel with winter tyres and chains when needed. If conditions become extreme we contact you to find the best solution together.

Changes, Cancellations & Support

Modifying and cancelling bookings, refunds, safety, insurance and how to reach us.

Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the transfer. For later cancellations (less than 24 hours) no refund applies. To cancel, write to us by email or WhatsApp with your booking number.

Yes. You can change the date, time or route free of charge up to 24 hours before the transfer. Write to us by email or WhatsApp and we will sort everything out.

Since payment is made on board on arrival, there is nothing to refund for cancellations made in time. If you paid a deposit, we return it through the same channel used: contact us and we will arrange it.

Yes. All our drivers hold a regular NCC licence and every vehicle carries full insurance for passengers and luggage, as required by Italian law.

On the day of the transfer, call the driver's number shown in your confirmation email. For anything else urgent, message us on WhatsApp at +39 340 573 6145: we reply within minutes.
